Tailoring is in danger of becoming a dying art, but at General Leather Company we offer a bespoke service. Our attention to detail and hand finished garments have earned us our reputation for beautiful stitching, perfect cutting and a level of craftsmanship that will ensure your garment retains a classic elegance.
Our collections are available immediately from our central London store and can be delivered worldwide. Made to measure clothing is ready within a few weeks. Should a customer wish to use their own pattern or request a copy of an existing item of clothing our cutters and tailors are more than happy to oblige. Our experienced design team is available to make the garment that you want a reality, offering a quality service that is second to none.
For example we find that many of our customers want a favourite jacket or pair of trousers that might be damaged or no longer fit, copied to a new size. We are also able to create a brand new leather or suede garment by duplicating the style and size of an existing item of clothing, no matter what fabric that item is made from. So if you want your favourite pair of denim jeans copied in leather, we can do it!
